Elsa and Geraldine will organize the AromaPilates workshop in 3 parts, each lasting 15/20 min.
COOL-DOWN: Unwind from your day and take a moment to settle down on your mat, relax and get ready to fully enjoy this new experience.

- Pilates: breathing, spine mobility, connection with the core.
MOVE: Get the benefits of a classical pilates class with enhanced dynamic flow in the exercises.
- Aromatherapy: uplifting and tonic scents to boost your energy by antibacterial mat cleaner spray
- Pilates: ABS, arms and legs work, plank
STRETCH: With muscles warmed up, it’s the perfect time to stretch and get more flexibility.
- Aromatherapy: muscle warming essential oils self-applied by a massage oil
- Pilates: extension of the spine, hamstrings stretch
